When vendors list products, their company name and contact details are hidden from buyers. Buyers only see the product type, quantity, expiry date, and location radius. Once a buyer completes payment through Stripe Connect, both parties' identities are revealed so they can coordinate delivery.

If a buyer doesn't complete checkout within 15 minutes, the products are automatically released back to the marketplace. This prevents inventory from being "locked up" and ensures products keep moving — especially important for perishable goods with tight expiry windows.

Products are automatically sorted by expiry date, so items closest to expiration appear first in search results. This First-In, First-Out approach ensures the food that needs to move most urgently gets maximum visibility, dramatically reducing waste.

Vendors pay a 3.5% transaction fee on completed sales. Buyers browse and purchase for free. There are no monthly subscriptions, setup fees, or listing fees. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom rates based on volume.

Yes! We support read-only integrations with popular food distribution ERPs including Canopy and MYOB. Your inventory data syncs automatically — no manual data entry required. Enterprise customers can request custom API integrations for other systems.
