When vendors list products, their company name and contact details are hidden from buyers. Buyers only see the product type, quantity, expiry date, and location radius. Once a buyer completes payment through Stripe Connect, both parties' identities are revealed so they can coordinate delivery.
If a buyer doesn't complete checkout within 15 minutes, the products are automatically released back to the marketplace. This prevents inventory from being "locked up" and ensures products keep moving — especially important for perishable goods with tight expiry windows.
